1) Before applying this patch, you must add to your hosts file (by default: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) these lines:
127.0.0.1 cap.cyberlink.com
127.0.0.1 activation.cyberlink.com

2) Apply this patch and use any these serials to register your PhotoDirector 9:

Ultra.: B67A4-RRKXE-UMB7H-FY369-3NZRZ-3YXMN
Deluxe: ZRG3J-N9ZEG-956Z6-EBKLK-7R35L-NNUL8

3) Now, you have to activate the video component, so follow these steps, run the PhotoDirector application and Import a .MKV file or .MP4 file, immediately the program will warn you to register manually (offline activation), so you only have to enter any response code, for example: "12345-12345" (without quotes).
